Why sushi and wine?

In 2021, while planning a new restaurant in Sangenjaya, I faced a crucial question:
“How can I create a brand in this fiercely competitive area that no one else can replicate?”

The answer I arrived at was—the pairing of sushi and wine.

With only five locations in Tokyo and Kanagawa.
After thorough research, I became convinced that
“Sushi and wine pairing will undoubtedly create a ‘new value’.”

Once we actually started serving it,
“Sushi and wine go together so well!”
“It’s my first time, but it’s delicious! I want to come back!”
Such comments poured in one after another.
And they came not only from domestic customers, but also from guests visiting from around the world.

“Sushi × Wine” has become more than just food pairing—it’s an experience that moves values.

Now, we want to expand that potential onto the global stage.
That’s why we’re seeking licensed partners to take on this challenge with us.
